The Rotomolding Process Rotomolding is a straightforward but highly precise process. First, powdered plastic resin is poured in the mold. The mold that is closed is turned around two perpendicular axes inside an oven. The heat melts the powder, which ensures even distribution across the mold's surface. After the product has been created, it's cooled then solidified before being taken out of the mold, ready to use.
