The cable physique eight includes a connection part 7 via which the ground conductors 2 are to be conductively related with the shield tape 5. Specifically, the connection part 7 could also be determined as an space of a predetermined width extending transversely of the cable body 8 wherein no higher cowl layer film 4A is offered, as shown in FIG. 3C. The shield tapes 5, 5 are connected to the higher floor, including the area of the connection part 7, and the lower floor of the cable body 8, respectively. More specifically, and as proven in FIG. 6A, the decrease cover layer movie 4B of a predetermined dimension is offered at an intermediate portion of the base film 3 (corresponding to the connection half in the primary embodiment by way of which the bottom conductors 2 are conductively linked with the shield tape 5). The decrease cover layer film 4B extends over the circuit conductors 1 so as to electrically insulate the higher floor of the circuit conductors. A plurality of circuit conductors i are disposed on the base movie 3 in a juxtaposed fashion (FIG. 3A). The decrease cowl layer movie 4B is adhered onto the circuit conductors 1 (FIG. 3B). The ground conductors 2 are disposed on the lower cowl layer movie 4B, in order that the ground conductors 2 lengthen in parallel with the circuit conductors and seem alternatively with the circuit conductors 1 (FIG. 2B). The upper cowl layer film 4A is adhered onto the floor of the lower cover movie 4B and the upper floor of the bottom conductors (FIG. 3C). Thus, the bottom movie 3 and cover layer films 4A, 4B constitute a cable physique 8 in which the circuit conductors 1 and the ground conductors 2 are encased.

It's also attainable to arrange the circuit conductors and the bottom conductor(s) in alternate trend relative to each other. For instance, the bottom conductors 2 and the circuit conductors 1 may be organized in a suitable manner other than the alternate arrangement mention above. A cowl layer film four is adhesively connected to the bottom movie 3 so that it covers the circuit conductors 1, but not the ground conductor 2. A pair of shield tapes 5 are adhesively linked to the cover layer movie 4 and base movie three for the purpose of shielding. The cable body 8, as in the first embodiment, is provided, at the upper and decrease surface thereof, with shield tapes 5 for shielding the cable physique 8 in its entirety. The realm having no upper cowl layer film, as in the case of the primary embodiment, constitutes a connection portion. A shielded flat cable in line with a first embodiment is characterized by a construction wherein the lower cover layer film is placed over the bottom movie provided, within the upper surface thereof, with the circuit conductors juxtaposed thereon, the ground conductor is disposed on the lower cowl layer movie in parallel relationship with the circuit conductors, and the higher cover layer film is positioned over the decrease cowl layer movie and the upper floor of the bottom conductor so as to kind a cable body, wherein the cable physique is provided, at predetermined places thereof, with areas having no higher cowl layer movie which extend transversely of the cable physique, wherein the shield tape is positioned over the floor of the cable physique together with the areas having no higher cover layer movie in order to shield the cable body, and whereby the ground conductor and the shield tape are conductively linked with each other via the areas having no upper cover layer movie.

9 and 10, a plurality of circuit conductors 1 juxtaposed on a base film 3, and a floor conductor 2 disposed on one facet of the circuit conductors in parallel relationship with the circuit conductors. The flat cable of an internet-like configuration contains circuit conductors 1 of an internet-like configuration Juxtaposed on a base film 3, and ground conductors 2 of an online-like configuration disposed on the base movie three in parallel relationship with the circuit conductors 1. The conductors 1, 2 are lined with a cowl layer movie 4. A pair of shield tapes 5 of a conductive metallic foil, product of aluminum, copper, for example, are shieldingly hooked up to the cover layer movie 4, in order that the ground conductors 2 and the shield tapes 5 are conductively connected. Thus, the cable physique eight is shielded by the use of the shield tapes 5, 5 in its entirety. A pair of shield tapes 5 of a conductive metallic foil are connected to the outer surfaces of the cover layer movie four and base film, respectively, so as to shield the cable. An area having no upper cover layer film is provided. The bottom conductor and the shield tape serving as a floor layer of the flat cable is electrically linked with each other through the area having no upper cowl layer film.

A shielded flat cable based on a second embodiment is characterized by a construction wherein the decrease cowl layer film of a predetermined measurement is placed over the base film at a predetermined location thereof in order to electrically insulate the upper surface of the circuit conductors, the circuit conductors being provided within the higher surface of the bottom film, the ground conductor is disposed on the lower cover layer movie, the ground conductor being organized in parallel with the circuit conductors, and the upper cover layer movie is positioned over the base film in an area including the upper surfaces of the bottom conductor and the lower cowl layer film in order to form a cable physique, whereby an area having no higher cowl layer film is offered which extends alongside the intermediate portion of the lower cover layer movie and transversely of the cable physique, whereby the shield tape is connected to the floor of the cable body together with the area having no upper cover layer movie in order to shield the cable body, and whereby the bottom conductor and the shield tape is conductively related with one another via the world having no higher cover layer film.
