These aspects may take many forms and often come with mystical powers. The former is a relatively archetypal devil figure, associated with fire, natural disasters, and destruction. The latter, on the other hand, is associated with light and renewal, as well as natural, rather than violent death. However, the fact that both are associated with the symbol of the dawn is telling. In both canons, these deities are associated with coming revolution and cyclical destruction. Eothas leads holy revolution in the Saint's War, and while Dagon's attack on the Imperial City fails it ends the Septim bloodline, birthing a new <br><br> <br>One thing fans can seemingly count on is the inclusion of playable races. The Elder Scrolls 6 will likely continue the tried-and-true races of the franchise in its game, but Avowed may initially seem like a different story. Yet, it isn't really. It's been confirmed that Avowed takes place in Eora, the same setting as the Pillars of Eternity franchise, which means players will encounter the same races found there...and probably play t<br> <br>The single trailer released for Avowed already shows fans more than The Elder Scrolls 6 has shown them in the last two years. The trailer works not only to get players excited and to take advantage of Bethesda’s slow development speed, but makes Bethesda appear particularly unreliable in comparison to Obsidian. Cyberpunk 2077 is another first-person RPG that has had a particularly long development cycle, and yet unlike Bethesda, CD Projekt Red does not have a relationship with another developer like Obsidian that fans can so easily draw unfavorable comparisons w<br><br> <br>Avowed has more than enough space to be its own game and established new lore, because there's so much of Eora that even those who played the Pillars games haven't seen yet. Unlike Mehrunes Dagon’s worshipers, Eothas’ priests try to exhibit compassion, preaching against liars and cruel behavior. Many believe Eothas himself was killed in the events of the Saint’s War, but events in the Pillars of Eternity games reveal he has in fact returned to the world of Eora at the keep of Caed <br><br> <br>Now, Avowed is probably a good couple of years out. Obsidian Entertainment still has one more DLC in the works for The Outer Worlds after the Peril on Gorgon releases, and the launch of Grounded to facilitate.
